Our department is committed to excellence in delivering Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) in areas such as building construction, land survey, highway engineering civil engineering, roadworks, water technology, carpentry and joinery, plumbing and related fields. We emphasize producing highly skilled graduates who are industry-ready, with the capacity to contribute meaningfully to national development and global infrastructure demands.
With a strong focus on practical training, our workshops and laboratories are fully equipped to ensure that trainees gain hands-on experience in real-world construction techniques, material testing, structural analysis, and surveying.

About the Department of Building and Civil Engineering
