Induction of New Trainers: The centre ensures a smooth onboarding for new trainers by providing comprehensive induction and mentorship programs that makes them easily settled into the training and administrative procedures within the Polytechnic.

Training Documentation Management: The centre maintains all professional training documents for the academic departments thereby serving as a repository and research hub for all trainers. It is also a custodian of the policies, standards and regulations that govern Technical and Vocational Education and Training.
