Catering and accommodation services are offered under the management of a cateress.

The Polytechnic runs a ‘Pay As You Eat system’ (PAYE) for the catering services with the menu prepared by the cateress in consultation with the Dean of Students.

Accommodation facilities are provided on first come first served basis save for trainees with special needs. 

Orphans, sponsored trainees and those from marginalized areas are also considered.

With the growing population, the Management leased a premises, with a capacity of four hundred, at Skuta estate in Nyeri town in the month of August 2024 and it began operating in September the same year.
