About Us
Over the years, the Department of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) plays a central role of guiding the Polytechnic in the integration of technology in learning, teaching, research and the general administration.
With ICT being a dynamic field, the department has ensured that the Polytechnic enjoys deployment of both IT infrastructure and software applications that matches the current industry trends. This has ensured efficient and effective service delivery.
In line with the mission of the Polytechnic, the ICT Department continues to create and deliver high-quality services through offering of the optimal infrastructure that the polytechnic runs on, and providing technical support.
Technical Support
Providing technical support in access to Portals, Emails, Internet, softwares, etc.
Online Security
Ensuring data privacy and information security in the Polytechnic.
Provision of ICT Infrastructure
Provision of a good infrastructure in terms of a high-speed Internet, software applications such as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and other systems, computer systems and digital teaching resources.
